Most vanilla extracts are rushed. Ours isn't. We brew our Baking Vanilla in large batches for an average of 365 days — a full year of vanilla beans steeping in vodka — before we ever bottle a single drop. When it's ready, we bottle it in a 3oz container and tuck a vanilla bean right inside, so it keeps doing its job long after it leaves our hands. The result is a rich, deeply complex vanilla flavor that store-bought simply can't match.
