We brew Bourbon Vanilla in large batches for an average of 365 days — a full year of vanilla beans steeping in bourbon — before we ever bottle a single drop. When it's ready, we bottle it in a 3oz container and tuck a vanilla bean right inside, so it keeps doing its job long after it leaves our hands.
