Everything but the Pantry Sliders

Ingredients

  • 12 oz package of Hawaiian rolls (12 rolls)
  • 2 TBS Mayo (optional)
  • 16 oz. thinly sliced deli ham (or any other lunch meat)
  • 7–8 oz sliced Swiss cheese
  • 1/3 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 1/2 TBS Everything but the Pantry Seasoning
  • 1 TBS Dijon mustard
  • 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F. Spray a 9x13 baking dish with cooking spray.
  2. Slice the entire loaf of Hawaiian rolls in half so you have 12 top buns connected and 12 bottom buns connected. Place the bottom slab of buns into the pan.
  3. Bake, uncovered, for 3–5 minutes to toast the bottom buns.
  4. Spread 2 TBS of mayo across the buns, if using.
  5. Layer the ham across the bottom buns, then layer the cheese on top.
  6. Add the top slab of buns.
  7. In a small bowl, combine the butter, Everything but the Pantry Seasoning, Dijon mustard, and Worcestershire sauce. Stir until well combined.
  8. Carefully pour the butter mixture over the top of the slider buns in an even layer.
  9. Bake at 350°F for 10 minutes.
  10. Spray a piece of foil and place it on top of the sliders, sprayed side down. Bake for another 10 minutes.
  11. Remove from oven and allow to cool slightly before slicing. Slice rolls into individual sliders and serve.
