Black Bean Salsa

From the Kitchen of: My Sister's Pantry

Ingredients

  • 1 can Black Beans, drained and rinsed
  • 1 can diced Tomatoes
  • 3/4 cup Frozen Corn, thawed
  • 1/2 cup chopped Red Onion
  • Juice from 1 Lime
  • 1 TBS My Sister's Pantry Salsa Mix ( Hot, Medium, or RJ's)

Optional Add-Ins

  • 1 diced Jalapeño
  • 1/4 cup fresh Cilantro, chopped

Directions

In a medium sized bowl, add all ingredients in order and stir to mix. Best if cooled in the refrigerator for a couple of hours before serving. Serve with tortilla chips.
